This lobby renovation was designed to give a fresh look to an existing space that was modern, warm and inviting.

Wood paneling and floating drywall bulkheads added character and defined the space. Creative use of patterned wall tile added interest and detail, as well as the use of stainless steel accents such as base, moulding, reveals and casing, and frameless glass entry doors created a modern effect.

INGENUITY COMMENTS:

“The challenge with this project was scheduling; the lobby had to remain functional during normal working hours. As a result , a good part of the work had to be done at night and on weekends. Working together with our subcontractors, the project was phased in order to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the schedule while maintaining normal building operation. Not enough can be said about the benefits of positive and proactive teamwork.”
