Coming from an existing older space, this client wanted a more modern and trendy work environment that was open concept to create a light and airy feel.

A large quantity of glass was used to exaggerate the openness, and to allow the passage of light throughout. Ceilings were eliminated to create an even larger appearance of space, with bulkheads and ceiling clouds added in areas to define individual spaces.

This 6500 sq. ft. finished office space also featured existing concrete floors buffed and polished to a high shine for an industrial effect.
