This 37,000 square foot, single storey, multi-tenant office building with a potential of 6 units was an exciting project for Ingenuity. It was designed under the new earthquake requirements of the Ontario Building code and is the first of it’s kind in southern Ontario.

Some of the features of this new building include precast/curtain wall construction, new thermoplastic (TPO) roofing inspired by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) initiative, and includes a 24,000 square foot tenant improvement for Administrative Assistants Ltd. located in units 1 - 4.
